This is our Pixie floorplan with one bedroom, one bathroom, and 720 square feet of living space. This floorplan features a large walk-in closet, a washer/dryer in-unit, and a private balcony with an outdoor storage closet! Both furnished and unfurnished units are available. The pricing above also includes cable, internet, and valet trash at $60/month.

Renter's Insurance is required upon leasing. For your convenience, we offer this for $15/month, or you can provide your own. We also offer Rent Plus for an additional $6/month, which builds resident credit as they pay monthly rent. You may opt out of the $6 fee.
