Floorplan Description
This is our Balsam floorplan with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,300 square feet of living space. This floorplan features a spacious living room with a ceiling fan, fully-equipped kitchen with black appliances, and a washer/dryer in-unit. Furnished units offer a flat screen TV in the living room and queen size beds with memory foam mattresses!
The pricing above is per bedroom and includes cable, water, internet, and valet trash, and electric (no cap)!
Renter's Insurance is required upon leasing. For your convenience, we offer this for $15/month, or you can provide your own. We also offer Rent Plus for an additional $6/month, which builds resident credit as they pay monthly rent. You may opt out of the $6 fee.
